1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ACApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The App provides a platform to track contracts, but the final responsibility for managing your finances remains with you.

2. Service Limitations & Disclaimer

ACApp is a reminder tool. While we strive for 100% accuracy, ACApp does not guarantee that notifications will always be delivered (due to OS restrictions or battery savers). ACApp is NOT responsible for any financial losses or automatic contract renewals.

3. Subscription Plans and Usage Limits

ACApp offers a Free version and a Pro version (Monthly or Annual). The following restrictions and features apply:

• Free Plan: Limited to tracking a maximum of 3 contracts and 3 Smart Logs entries in total. This allowance includes access to Smart Scan. The limit applies strictly to the total number of records created, regardless of whether the data is entered manually or generated via the camera scanner.
• Monthly and Yearly Pro Plans: Unlock unlimited contract tracking, unlimited Smart Logs, Smart Scan usage, local gallery features, and advanced reminders. For contracts, Pro users can enable Early Protection reminders that start approximately 5 months before the renewal date and repeat every 7 days until the renewal date, including the renewal date. For Smart Logs, users can choose reminder timing of 7 days, 30 days, or 3 months before the selected date, plus the day of the event.

3.1. Free Trial Policy

ACApp offers a 7-day free trial for all new users selecting a premium plan. The following terms apply:

• Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial to explore all premium features.
• Access: During this period, you will have access to premium features, including unlimited contract tracking, Smart Logs, Smart Scan usage, advanced reminders, and local gallery features.
• Billing: No charges are applied during the 7 days. You can cancel anytime via store settings.
• Conversion: Subscriptions convert to paid plans automatically if not cancelled 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Refunds: Subsequent renewals follow standard App Store/Google Play refund policies.

4. Pricing

Prices may vary by country, currency, taxes/VAT, and App Store or Google Play region. The price shown at checkout is the final applicable price.

• Monthly Pro: from £2.49/month. Final local price shown at checkout.
• Annual Pro: from £14.99/year. Final local price shown at checkout.

Restore Purchases

Users have the right to restore access to purchased subscriptions in case of app reinstallation, device change, or account recreation. This is done through the "Restore Purchases" function within the application. For a successful restoration, you must be logged into the same Apple App Store or Google Play Store account used for the initial purchase.

5. Payments & Renewals

Payments are handled exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your store account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

6. Account Deletion and App Uninstallation Policy

You may request account deletion within the app settings. The following logic applies to data removal:

• Immediate Deletion: Your profile, email address, and all entered contract data and logs are permanently deleted from our servers immediately upon confirmation of your request.
• Subscriptions: Deleting your account removes your data from our system, but it does not automatically cancel an active subscription in Google Play or the App Store. You must manually cancel your subscription through your store account settings to avoid future charges.
• Local Gallery: ACApp may store photos locally on your device for your convenience. Save-photo options are off by default.
• Uninstallation: Uninstalling the app from your device will lead to the immediate and permanent loss of all locally stored images and gallery data. ACApp does not keep backups of your photos on its servers.

7. Notifications & Service Reliability

ACApp provides automated reminders via push notifications and emails to help you track your deadlines. By using the App, you agree to receive these communications. For contracts, Pro users can enable Early Protection reminders that start approximately 5 months before the renewal date and repeat every 7 days until the renewal date, including the renewal date. For Smart Logs, users can choose reminder timing of 7 days, 30 days, or 3 months before the selected date, plus the day of the event.

While we use reliable third-party services (Expo, Resend, Supabase, Google, and Apple), we do not guarantee that notifications will always reach you. Factors such as network issues, battery optimization settings, or OS restrictions may prevent notifications from appearing. You remain solely responsible for manually verifying and meeting your contract deadlines.

8. Limitation of Liability

ACApp is provided "as is". We are not liable for any financial losses, missed renewal deadlines, or data loss resulting from technical failures, incorrect user input (whether typed manually or extracted via Smart Scan), or notification delays.

9. Data & Privacy

ACApp uses Supabase for secure data storage. Your contract details are encrypted. ACApp does not sell your personal data to third parties. You have full control over your data and can delete individual records or your entire profile directly through the app interface. For more info, please check Privacy Policy.
