By downloading, installing, or using ACApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The App provides a platform to track contracts, but the final responsibility for managing your finances remains with you.

2. Service Limitations & Disclaimer

ACApp is a reminder tool. While we strive for 100% accuracy, ACApp does not guarantee that notifications will always be delivered (due to OS restrictions or battery savers). ACApp is NOT responsible for any financial losses or automatic contract renewals.

Restore Purchases

Users have the right to restore access to all purchased digital products (subscriptions) in case of app reinstallation, device change, or account recreation. This is done through the "Restore Purchases" function within the application. For a successful restoration, you must be logged into the same Apple App Store or Google Play Store account used for the initial purchase.

Payments are handled exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your store account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

7. Notifications & Service Reliability

ACApp provides automated reminders via push notifications and emails to help you track your deadlines. By using the App, you agree to receive these communications. For your primary contracts, reminders are typically sent 30, 14, and 7 days before the renewal date, as well as on the day of the event. For Smart Logs, reminders are sent 7 days before and on the day of the scheduled log entry.

While we use reliable third-party services (Expo, Resend, Supabase, Google, and Apple), we do not guarantee that notifications will always reach you. Factors such as network issues, battery optimization settings, or OS restrictions may prevent notifications from appearing. You remain solely responsible for manually verifying and meeting your contract deadlines.

8. Limitation of Liability

ACApp is provided "as is". We are not liable for any financial losses, missed renewal deadlines, or data loss resulting from technical failures, incorrect user input, or notification delays.

9. Data & Privacy

ACApp uses Supabase for secure data storage. Your contract details are encrypted. ACApp does not sell your personal data to third parties. You have full control over your data and can delete individual records or your entire profile directly through the app interface. For more info, please check Privacy Policy.
