Our "Smart Scan" feature uses Google ML Kit for Optical Character Recognition (OCR). When you use the camera to scan a contract, the image processing happens entirely on your local device. We do not upload, store, or share your photos or the extracted text on our servers. The only data saved is the final date you choose to confirm and manually save to your dashboard. Please note: If you use the app's internal gallery to store document photos, these images are stored locally within the app's secure storage. If you delete the ACApp application from your device, all locally stored photos and scanned data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Your data is used solely to provide the services of ACApp: calculating your monthly costs, managing your contracts, tracking smart logs, and sending automated renewal reminders (via Email and Push Notifications) at the predefined intervals. ACApp does not sell or rent your information to advertisers, nor do we use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
