Delete Account & Data

You have full control over your data and can delete individual records or your entire profile directly through the app interface.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Instant)

The fastest way to remove your data is through the ACApp mobile application:

Open ACApp on your device.
Go to the Settings screen.
Tap on Delete Account.
Confirm your choice. Your profile and all data will be permanently and immediately deleted.

Option 2: Web/Email Request

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request manual deletion by contacting us:

Send an email to: support@acapp.uk
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Please provide the email address used for the account. We will process your request within 24 hours.

Data Retention Policy

Upon account deletion, ACApp removes all personal identifiers, contract logs, and smart logs from our production database. Please note that deleting your account does not cancel active subscriptions managed by Google Play or Apple App Store. You must cancel them manually in your store settings.
